Out of Print Fabrics

Due to the popularity of the "out of print" fabrics that we carry we do not offer discounts on these fabrics.

Shipping

We will make every effort to process orders placed before 1:00 pm PST the same business day and ship within 24 hours.  If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.

For international orders if shipping will be more than listed when you check out, you will be contacted prior to shipment for authorization.  Delivery time depends on the country in which you reside. Any customs, duties or taxes will be the sole responsibilty of the customer.


Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.9% is included for Washington state residents only.

Returns

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied.  We have a 30-day return policy on items if you are not satisfied. There are NO returns on cut fabrics. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us and in original condition.  There will be a 25% restocking fee subtracted from your refund.  Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges nor Paypal fees that are not refundable to us.  Sale items may not be returned.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.  All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  Any returns that are not in the original condition will not be refunded.

Stash is committed to protecting your privacy and any information you share with us.

We may collect personal information from users in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.  Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.  We will collect personal information only if it is voluntarily submitted.

We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell any information with any outside parties.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  We do not accept checks for online orders. Orders can be placed online or by phone at (509)526-5141
